A Patriot shed from Grey’s Woodworks can be a valuable addition to your property. It comes with the following features:
- Foundations: 4-inch by 4-inch pressure-treated landscape ties
- Floors: 3/4-inch pressure-treated plywood over 2-inch by 4-inch pressure-treated framing 16 inches on center (12 inches on center for 12-foot and 14-foot-wide sheds)
- Walls: 2-inch by 4-inch wall framing 16 inches on center with 6-foot, 9-inch high wall framing (Quaker front wall is 7 feet and 4 inches, and the back wall is 6 feet and 4 inches)
- Venting: Two 8-inch by 10-inch garden vents in gables and eave venting
- Roof: 1/2-inch CDX sheathing over 2-inch by 4-inch rafters 16 inches on center with 6-inch overhangs, and 30-year architectural roof shingles
- Door: DuraTemp double door with transom windows with 6-inch black hinges and locking handle
- Windows: Two 18-inch by 27-inch windows with screens
Patriot A-Frame Pricing
If your building is 12 feet wide, your flooring width is 11 feet. For 14-foot-wide buildings, you get flooring that is 13 feet wide.
