Standard Features

- Foundations: 4-inch by 4-inch pressure-treated landscape ties
- Floors: 3/4-inch pressure-treated plywood over 2-inch by 6-inch pressure-treated framing 16 inches on center (12 inches on center for 12-foot and 14-foot wide variations)
- Walls: 2-inch by 4-inch framing 16 inches on center, sided with 1/2-inch DuraTemp T1-11, 1/2-inch CDX plywood with vinyl siding, 1/2-inch CDX plywood with LP Lap siding, or DuraTemp with battens (7-foot, 9-inch high wall framing)
- Venting: Two 12-inch by 24-inch garden vents and eave venting
- Roofs: 1/2-inch CDX sheathing over 2-inch by 6-inch rafters 16 inches on center with 12-inch overhangs, drip edge, tar paper, 30-year architectural roof shingles (Dutch roof pitch is 21/7; A-frame roof pitch is 12)
- Doors: 6-foot wide double door with transom windows, 10-inch antique hinges, and locking handle
- Windows: Two 24-inch by 36-inch windows with screens
