Features of Our Custom Pool Houses
All our custom pool houses feature both an indoor area and a covered gazebo. Sizes range from 10′ x 16′ to 14′ x 40′. Each pool house features vinyl siding, architectural asphalt shingles, composite flooring, two windows and a double door with antique-style hinges.
You can select the length of the gazebo compared to its indoor area and customize the structure by adding additional windows. Choose from eight different colors for the asphalt shingles. There are also many color options for the DuraTemp, vinyl or board and batten siding for a look that complements the rest of your home.
Pool houses are traditionally used for changing, storing your towels or outdoor furniture and taking a break from the sun, but you can find a use for a custom pool house even if you don’t have a pool or hot tub in your yard!
Our customers often purchase pool houses to use as playhouses, music or art studios, workshops, offices or just to have some extra space and privacy. With many diverse sizes available, you can opt for a structure that serves multiple purposes for your family.
